Common questions
Is the trial really free?
Yes. 48 hours, no card required. You'll get the full Plus experience. At the end you choose: stay on Plus, upgrade to Academy, or stop. No surprise charges.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Both B2C plans are monthly billing, cancel from your account page. Access continues to the end of your billing period.
How does the school license work?
One annual fee covers every student and teacher in the English department. We onboard the school directly: you provide a roster, we generate accounts. Teachers get the full teacher portal (essay review queue with AI drafts, per-student profiles, gradebook). The €2,000 to €4,000 range depends on student numbers and feature scope. The first 5-10 schools to sign up are on a free pilot through June 2027.
What about the existing H1 Club product?
The H1 Club (€49 one-off) continues to serve current members through 3 June 2026. After that, members migrate to English Hub Plus. Communication will go out closer to the date.
